ABOUT Eggless Oreo Cake RECIPE

It is the easiest cake which is liked by kids.You can make it and pack it in the lunch box for your kids to surprise them.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Oreo biscuits 1 packet
  2. Parle g biscuits 2 packets
  3. Dairymilk chocolate 2 packets
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar 1 tbsp
  6. Eno 1 sachet
  7. Butter 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Crush all the biscuits and grind with milk and sugar in the mixer
  2. Grease an aluminium box with butter
  3. Now add Eno in the batter
  4. Preheat the cooker and add half glass water in it and put a plate in it
  5. Pour batter into the aluminium box and put the box in the cooker
  6. Put the lid of the cooker without whistle
  7. Cook it like dhokla for 15 minutes and turn off the heat after 15 minutes
  8. Take the cake out and decorate it .
