  • salt 1 and 1/2 tbsp (to taste)
  • 5-6 boiled amlas
  • A very small piece of jaggery ( to taste)
  • 3-4 green chilli
  • A few Corainder Leaves (small bunch)
  • 7-8 pudina Leaves (Mint Leaves)
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • Halt tbsp roasted cumin seed ( bhuna zeera)

  1. Mix and grind all the ingredients in a (mixer jar).
  2. Grind it to make the paste smooth with sufficient water.
