Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almonds chopped 1/2 cup
  2. Broken oats 1 cup
  3. Jaggery 3/4 Cup
  4. ghee 1/2 cup
  5. Cardamom powder 1pinch
  6. 4-5 black pepper corn
  7. Water 750 ml

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in the pressure cooker. Add broken oats and stir till it turns golden brown in colour
  2. Add peppercorn and cardamom powder then add water and pressure cook for 20minutes
  3. Open the cooker add almonds and jaggery and cook till its water evaporates and it turns shiny
  4. Garnish it almonds and serve hot
