ABOUT Tadka Raita RECIPE

Tastes great as a side dish with your meal. It also can be served with biryani and pulav. Easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds roasted
  5. 1/ 2 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  8. Few spring of fresh coriander finely chopped

Instructions

  1. First take the curd in a mixing bowl. Add little water and salt .keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a tadka pan add cumin seeds mustard seeds green chilli onions red chilli powder.
  3. Let it cook till the onion becomes soft and translucent.
  4. Pour the mix on the curd .mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  6. Serve with aloo paratha or biryani.
