Ingredients to make Vegetable Kabab

  • 1/2 cup boiedl peas
  • 4 tbs cottage cheese
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1Carrot grated
  • 2 tbs spinach puree
  • 2 tbs cornflour
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tbs red chilly
  • 1/2 tbs roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4tbs dry mango powder
  • 2tbs olive oil

How to make Vegetable Kabab

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and make a dough
  2. Make small balls and shape by pressing
  3. Roast it in a nonstick tawa till golden brown in colour
  4. Serve hot
