Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Sugar - 1/2 kg
  2. Water - 3/4 litre
  3. Lemon - medium size 8

Instructions

  1. Take a vessel. Add sugar and water. let it boil till the sugar melts . Keep it on a low flame for 10 more minutes. Make sure that the syrup does not become too thick (it should not reach string consistency)
  2. Switch off flame and keep aside for cooling.
  3. Then squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the syrup. Mix well and transfer into a clean bottle and keep it in a refrigerator. It lasts for 15 days.
  4. Method of preparing squash - Take a glass add half squash and half water stir well and serve.
