Egg Pulao

Ingredients to make Egg Pulao

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Cooked rice 2cups
  • onion 1big -sliced
  • tomato 1-finely chopped
  • Jeera1tsp
  • bay leaves- 2
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Harimirch 2
  • mint leaves 8
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 2tbsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Garm masala powder 1tsp
  • lemon juice 1tbsp

How to make Egg Pulao

  1. Heat oil in a pan. add ginger jeera bay leaf and saute
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute
  3. Add onions cook till golden brown
  4. Add tomatoes and cook till tender
  5. Add salt chilli powder turmeric powder garm masala and mix well
  6. Add boiled eggs. Mix well
  7. Add rice, mint leaves, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well
  8. Leave for 1 minute and turn off the gas
  9. Serve.
