Ingredients to make Cheesy Corn Mix

  • garlic cloves -4
  • cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 tablespoon
  • onions -2 (medium)
  • tomatoes -3 (medium)
  • green chillies -5
  • Paneer (cottage cheese)-half medium bowl
  • corn kernels -1 bowl
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder
  • Garam masala

How to make Cheesy Corn Mix

  1. Take 3-4 spoons of mustard oil in a pan
  2. Add garlic cloves chopped, and cumin seeds
  3. Add chopped onion and let it brown
  4. Add tomatoes and green chillied
  5. Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and let it cook for 5-7 mins
  6. Add corn kernels and cheese and cook on low flame
  7. Let it cook for 10 more minutes
  8. Delicious cheesy corn mix is ready
