ABOUT Mayalo Bhajis RECIPE

Mayalo is a leafy vegetable that is not very popular but it is very high in Fibre and nutrients

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Besan /Gram flour- 100gms
  2. Ajwain/carom seeds - 1 teaspoon
  3. Chilli Powder -1/2 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric 1 pinch
  5. salt as per taste
  6. 1 bunch of Mayalo leaves
  7. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Make the mixture for bhajis. Mix besan, Chili powder, haldi powder, ajwain, salt and water to make a thick paste
  2. Heat the oil and deep fry
  3. Serve hot
