Ingredients to make Amle Ka Kis (mouth freshner)

  • amla 20 in number
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • Lemon juice of 2 lemons

How to make Amle Ka Kis (mouth freshner)

  1. Wash the amlas and dry them .
  2. Grate the amlas
  3. Add salt black salt and lemon juice of 2 lemons in it
  4. Dry it in sunlight for 2-3days
  5. Till the amla becomes crispy and dry.
  6. It can be stored in air tight container and can be used for a long time.

My Tip:

Dry it in sunlight when amla is grated at once to prevent it from blackening .keep it for 2-3days in sunlight for perfect crispiness.
