Ingredients to make Kid's special Yummy pancakes

  • Wheat flour-1cup
  • Milk with cream-1 1/2 cup
  • Finely ground Sugar-4 tbs
  • Baking powder- 1 tbs
  • Baking soda-1/4 tbs
  • Melted Pure ghee -3 tbs
  • Vanilla essence -3-4 drops
  • Pinch of salt
  • Finely ground sugar with cardamom for garnishing

How to make Kid's special Yummy pancakes

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add baking powder, soda , salt.
  2. Take milk with cream in another bowl then add sugar and 2 tbsp melted ghee properly.
  3. Slowly mix flour mixture to milk with spatula avoiding lumps. Keep batter for around 20 mins.
  4. Brush the preheated pan with butter and then add a ladle of the mixture. Kept low to medium flame.
  5. When air bubbles burst on the top side with a typical sweet smell of cooking, turn the side.
  6. Cook till brown on both the sides. Serve by sprinkling sugar and cardamom
  7. You may also serve it with fruits, chocolate syrup or simply with veggies for lunch box.
