Almond Chicken

Ingredients to make Almond Chicken

  • Boneless chicken (Slice) ½ kg
  • Finely Chopped garlic 10-15
  • Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies (Slices) 8-10
  • Chili garlic Sauce ½ cup
  • Soya Sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • almonds 1 cup
  • Chinese salt as required
  • oil 2-3 tbsp

How to make Almond Chicken

  1. Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 10-15 finely chopped garlic cloves and fry. Add 1/2 kg of boneless chicken (slices)and stir fry it till its colour changes
  2. Add 1tsp of crushed black pepper, and 1/2 cup of chilli garlic sauce, 2-3 tbsp of soya sauce, to taste salt and as required Chinese salt and fry.
  3. Now add 1 cup of almonds, 8-10 green chilies (slices), 2 tbsp of lemon juice mix it well and then take it out in a serving dish and serve it.
