Ingredients to make Soya Veg Cutlets

  • 6 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot1cuo
  • 1/2cup finally chopped capsicum
  • 1/2cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2cup grated cauliflower
  • 1 cup shocked soya granules
  • 1cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2cup finally chopped spring onions
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1cup bread crumbs for roll on the kebabs
  • 1 cup corn flower paste

How to make Soya Veg Cutlets

  1. Mix all the ingredients well
  2. Make small balls press with palm and give a shape of your own
  3. Dip the kebabs in cornflower paste
  4. Now roll on your kebabs on breadcrumbs
  5. And deep fry till golden brown
