all green oats paratha

a very healthy paratha,with the combination of oats n green vegetables, perfect recipe for lunch box

Recipe Ingredients

  • for dough:-
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • For stuffing
  • 1/2 cup masala oats
  • 1/4 cup grated bottlegourd
  • 1/4 cup finely choped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup finely choped spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • green chillies 4-5 crushed in chilly cuttet
  • finely chhoped fresh corriender leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 14 tsp black paper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • oil

Recipe Preparation

  1. first make a soft dough with salt oil and water
  2. grease it with few drops of oil and keep aside
  3. now prepare stuffing
  4. take masala oats in a bowl and add all the vegetables in it and mix well
  5. add garam masala ,black paper and salt
  6. add crushed green chilles rushed garlic and lemon juice
  7. add fresh corriender leaves
  8. mix it well
  9. there is no need to add any water in it as bottle gourd leaves it water that is enough to bind it
  10. our stuffing is ready
  11. now take required amount of dough and make a ball
  12. roll it into a small circle
  13. now take a small portion of stuffing
  14. put it into small circle size chapati
  15. seal the edeges properly
  16. roll out the paratha
  17. roast it to crisp both sides properly
  18. serve with pickle, sauce, or per ur choice
My Tip: if u want to add red chillies in it that can be use as per your choice but i used here masala oats and good amount of crushed green chillies then i didn't use ..u can also add vegetables of your choice and plain oats
