Ingredients to make Methi Thepla

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1cup yogurt (curd)
  • 1 cup methi leaves(fresh fenugreek leaves)
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tbsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  • clarified butter as per need

How to make Methi Thepla

  1. Mix all ingredients except clarified butter and knead a dough. If required use more water keep it for 20 minutes
  2. Now make chapati and cook both side
  3. Apply some clarified butter
  4. serve.
