Ingredients to make Prawns Savory

  • Medium size prawns 1/4 kg
  • Green masala paste 3 table spoon
  • masala mix - Coriander 6 sprigs, pudina 2 sprigs, ginger 1/2 inch, 6 garlic, 2 green chillies, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp jeera powder ground to a paste
  • cornflour 5tbs
  • corn meal for crunch 1 tbs
  • lime 1/2 wedge
  • oil to fry
  • salt as per taste

How to make Prawns Savory

  1. Clean and devein the prawns
  2. Marinate the prawns in green masala mix along lime juice keep for maximum an hour
  3. Post marination add corn flour and corn meal and mix well
  4. Add salt as per taste
  5. Heat oil and deep fry it

My Tip:

Add salt at last so that the prawns don't sweat
