Ingredients to make Healthy Flaxseed and Almond Thepla

  • Grains- wheat one cup
  • Gram-1 cup
  • millet -1/2 cup
  • Flax seeds 1/2 cup
  • corn -1 cup
  • Dry fruits- almond 1/2 cup
  • peanuts -1/2 cup
  • cashews -1/2 cup
  • methi chopped - 2 cups
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli - 1 spoon
  • coriander powder - 1 spoon
  • Ajwain -1/2 teaspoon
  • green chillies - 2 chopped
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup

How to make Healthy Flaxseed and Almond Thepla

  1. Roast all the grains and powder them.
  2. Grind all the dry fruits
  3. In a bowl mix all ingredients and knead a soft dough using warm water.
  4. Make thick circle of dough/roti with roller pin. If not make to easy than used hands to spread.
  5. Transfer the roti to a hot tawa. Cook from both the sides. Sprinkle Olive oil on both the sides and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve crisp hot thepla
