Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. One cup roasted til (white seasame seeds)
  2. Half cup grated gur (jaggery)
  3. One fourth tablespoon black pepper (kali mirch)
  4. One tablespoon grated ginger (aadrak)

Instructions

  1. Grind the til and gur separately
  2. Mix them together in a plate
  3. Add black pepper and ginger. Mix them well like a dough.
  4. Grease one aluminium foil with ghee. Make the dough-like mixture flat with a rolling pin (belan) on the aluminium foil.
  5. Roll the flattened mixture.
  6. Cut the roll into pieces measuring approximately 2 inches each
  7. The til gur roll are ready. Serve
