Soya and Green Pea Veggi

Ingredients to make Soya and Green Pea Veggi

  • Soya nuggets boiled 1 medium bowl
  • boiled green peas 1/2bowl
  • onions -2 medium sliced,
  • garlic 5-6 crushed with skin
  • water 2 - 3 tsp
  • tomatoes grated 2 Dry spices - salt to taste, red chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, coriander powder, 1 tsp, kasoori methi 1 tsp, garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp coriander leaves
  • green chilli
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

How to make Soya and Green Pea Veggi

  1. Boil soya nuggets and peas with little salt , strain it and squeeze soya nuggets and keep aside.
  2. add oil in a pan , put onion slices and saute well until light brown, now add boil soya nuggets. Add all dry spices one by one and saute
  3. Put water and tomato puree now saute well until oil separates. Now turn off the heat and add lemon juice.
  4. Garnish with boiled peas , coriander leaves and green chillies.
