Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Basmati rice 2 cups
  2. Boiled chicken shredded 2 cups
  3. Chicken stock 2 1/2 cups
  4. French beans (cut into juliennes) 1 cup
  5. Carrot (cut into juliennes) 1 cup
  6. Capsicum (cut in juliennes) 1/2 cup
  7. Spring onion chopped 1 bunch
  8. Green chillies 2 slitted
  9. Whole garam masala-
  10. dalchini 2 stick
  11. black cardamom 2
  12. Green cardamon 2- 3
  13. Whole black pepper 10
  14. Shah zeera 1/2 tsp
  15. Curry leaves 5-6
  16. Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  17. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  18. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  19. Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  20. Worcestershire and soya sauce 1 tbsp
  21. Eggs 2
  22. Pepper 1 tsp
  23. Salt as taste
  24. Oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Make omelette from 2 eggs and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a wok add in whole garam masala and let it crackle add in ginger garlic paste saute. Then one by one add in all vegetables and saute the add the boiled chicken egg pieces all the sauces salt pepper coriander leaves curry leaves chillies and saute and keep aside.
  3. In the chicken stock, half cook the rice. Then add the masala and stir. Cover the lid and let it cook. Serve hot.
