Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled Sweet corn 2 cups
  2. All purpose floor 2 cups
  3. Baking soda
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  6. Finely chopped onions 2 tsp
  7. Finely chopped ginger and garlic 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder 1/4th tsp
  9. Mayonnaise as required
  10. Schezwan sauce as required
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First boil the sweetcorn.make a dough using all purpose floor,little oil,salt,sugar,baking powder.cover the dough with a wet cloth for at least 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat the pan.put some oil into it.add chopped onions,ginger and garlic.saute till its raw aroma goes.then add the boiled sweetcorn.
  3. Then add some salt,red chilly powder,schezwan sauce and fry for next 1 minute and let it be cool
  4. Make some small balls from the dough and roll it into thin slices.
  5. Then grease it with some mayonnaise and then fill it with the corn mixture.
  6. Then by applying some water close the edges and make a shape of samosa. Deep fry it.
