Aaloo and Pyaaz ki Sabzi

Ingredients to make Aaloo and Pyaaz ki Sabzi

  • potatoes 5 large
  • onions 3 large
  • tomato 2 large
  • Sukhi lal mirch sabut 5
  • Khada jeera 1 teaspoon
  • Khada dhania 1 tea spoon
  • Rai 1/2 tea spoon
  • hing a pinch
  • salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  • mustard oil 3 table spoon
  • Amchur 1 tea spoon
  • curd 2 table spoon

How to make Aaloo and Pyaaz ki Sabzi

  1. Take a pan and put it in high flame. Once it's hot, pour mustard oil in it.
  2. Cut onions, potato and tomato in big chunks i.e. in four pieces each
  3. Add hing and let it simmer for 10 seconds
  4. Add all the masala( jeera, Dhania salt, mirch, turmeric, Rai) except amchur. Wait for 1 min and add onions. Fry it for 2 mins and add raw potato pieces and tomato in it
  5. Cook it on high flame for 5 mins. Then once it's a bit brown add curd and amchur and cook it till potato is soft.
  6. Garnish it with Dhania and serve it with lachcha paratha and puri

My Tip:

You can also put all the ingridients together and cook it till its done.
