Ingredients to make Mushroom and jalapeno thin crust pizza

  • Luke warm water - 3/4 cup
  • 1 tsp - yeast
  • 2 cups - flour
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - mushroom
  • 1/4 cup - jalapenos
  • onion - 1 medium sliced
  • 1/2 cup - pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup - mozzarella grated
  • 1/4 cup - Parmesan
  • few leaves of basil
  • For Homemade Pizza sauce: Tomato puree - 200 ml
  • Garlic crushed - 2 to 3 cloves
  • Butter - 30 gms
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs (Parsley oregano basil thyme etc) - 2 tsp

How to make Mushroom and jalapeno thin crust pizza

  1. Prepare the dough with flour, yeast, salt and water, let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Make a flat chapati, apply some olive oil, bake it in a hot oven 200 degree celsius for 3 minutes.
  3. As it begins to turn golden, take it out and cover it with sauce, cheese. Put it back in the oven.
  4. After 3 minute, take it out and add the veggies and some more cheese bake for another 2 minutes.
  5. After another 2 to 3 minutes remove from oven.
  6. Garnish with basil, parmesan, chilli flakes and herbs like oregano etc.
  7. For the homemade sauce: Reduce the tomato puree with garlic, olive oil, butter and herbs in a sauce pan on medium heat till desired consistency is achieved.
