Cauliflower Pepper Fry

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Pepper Fry

  • cauliflower 2 cups
  • capsicum 1 small,or 3/4 of a big one
  • onion 2,medium size
  • green chillies 2
  • garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • ginger 1 small piece.
  • chilli powder 1/4tsp
  • Garam masala one or 2 pinch.
  • pepper powder 1 tsp or less
  • turmeric a pinch.
  • salt,oil
  • curry leaves

How to make Cauliflower Pepper Fry

  1. Cook cauliflower for 3 to 4 minutes, with salt.
  2. Slice onion,make big pieces of capsicum. In a pan, heat oil. put garlic paste, fry.
  3. Then add onion, green chillies, ginger & curry leaves. Fry well for 1-2 minutes. Onions should not turn brown. Then add capsicum , chilli powder, salt and garam masala. fry for another a few minutes .
  4. Then add cooked cauliflower and pepper powder .sprinkle some water, close lid and fry for another 3-4 min. Remove in a dry stage.
  5. You may garnish with fresh coriander

My Tip:

Add Chilli powder & pepper according to your taste. You may add dhania also
