Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For bread
  2. Bajra Atta - 1 cup
  3. Jowar Atta - 1 cup
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Curd - 1/2 cup
  6. For tikkis
  7. Chickpeas- 1 cup
  8. Boiled Potato- 1 medium size
  9. Grated carrot - 1 tbso
  10. Onion chopped - 1 tbsp
  11. Capsicum- 1 tbsp
  12. Roasted Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
  13. Amchoor powder - 1 tsp
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  16. Paneer or cottage cheese - 3/4 cup
  17. Oil - to shallow fry tikki

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients mentioned for bread and make soft dough ,use water if required
  2. Keep the dough covered with wet cloth
  3. Now boil soaked chickpeas with salt
  4. Combine all the ingredients mentioned for tikkis and make medium sized tikkis and stuff paneer inside . Shallow fry tikkis on non stick pan .
  5. Make small and thick chapati with prepared dough.
  6. Spread green chutney or sauce of your choice on mini chapati and place tikki over it. Garnish with seasonal vegetables
