  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • eggs 3
  • Melted butter 1/2 cup
  • sugar Powder 1/2 cup
  • Fruit 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

How to make Fruit muffin (tiffin/lunch box recipe)

  1. Take a mixing bowl beat eggs add melted butter and sugar.
  2. Add all purpose flour along with baking powder and mixing with cut and fold.
  3. Add mixed fruits and vanilla essence.
  4. Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius for ten minutes.
  5. Pour the batter into the muffin cup and bake for ten minutes.
  6. Ready to pack tiffin box.
