Ingredients to make Sindhi Besan Kadhi

  • Brinjals 2
  • Ladyfingers 8-10
  • potatoes 3-4
  • peas half bowl
  • Soya chunks
  • Pointed gourd(parwal) 5-6
  • methi seeds
  • jeera(cumin seeds)
  • besan half bowl
  • tomatoes 3-4
  • water
  • Khatai(imli)soaked in water
  • Green chilli 3-4
  • Red chilli
  • salt
  • turmeric

How to make Sindhi Besan Kadhi

  1. Take a kadhai add oil and fry the vegetables one by one. Fry brinjal,pointed gourd,ladyfinger.
  2. In a cooker add oil and then add methi seeds, jeera, kadipatta, green chili and besan.
  3. Cook it till the besan turns pink .
  4. Add tomatoes and then add potatoes in it and add the spices as well.
  5. Add all the vegetables and add imli water in it and some more water if needed.
  6. Sprinkle some dhaniya leaves.Its ready to serve.

My Tip:

You may add more vegetables if you wish. Increase water to adjust consistency
