Ingredients to make Pineapple Cucumber Gazpacho

  • Ripe pineapple (cored and chopped) 1/2
  • cucumber (kheera) 2
  • pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Jalapeno few pieces
  • lime juice 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • coriander to Garnish
