Preparations -
Grinding whole spices, slicing onions, making the ginger garlic paste, extracting coconut milk, soaking the cashew nuts,blanch the cauliflower florets.
First wash and soak rice
Now Take some oil and ghee In a pan
Add the ingredients for tempering
Add the broken green chillies, red chillies
Saute for a while and add the sliced onions
Now saute the onions till nice golden colour and then add the ginger garlic paste and curry leaves
Now saute for a while and add the chopped vegetables and soaked cashews
Add the dry powders and some salt
Saute for a while
Now add the washed and soaked rice
Mix and add required quantity of water, remembering to add coconut milk later, count total number of cups of water and coconut milk.
Now wait for a boil
Next, add the coconut milk
Mix and check taste for salt
Now cover and cook till done. For 15 minutes or more
