Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For dough- whole wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Salt
  3. Ajwain
  4. oil
  5. Water
  6. For chokha -roasted brinjal
  7. Roasted tomato
  8. Boiled and mashed potato
  9. chopped onion
  10. Chopped ginger garlic
  11. Chopped green chilies
  12. Chopped Coriander
  13. Mustard oil
  14. Salt
  15. For stuffing - sattu or roasted gram flour 1 cup
  16. Chopped Onions
  17. Chopped ginger garlic
  18. Kalonji or nigella seeds
  19. Masala of any pickle
  20. Lemon juice
  21. Mustard oil
  22. Chopped Coriander
  23. Chopped green chilies
  24. Salt
  25. Water to sprinkle
  26. Ghee or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients under dough and make a tight dough
  2. Keep it covered for sometime.
  3. Mix all the ingredients under stuffing and prepare the stuffing.
  4. Put this stuffing inside one ball and seal the dough
  5. Then with a rolling pin make parathas and fry them in oil or ghee.
  6. Mix all the ingredients under chokha.
