Super Healthy Savoury Ragi Cake

Ingredients to make Super Healthy Savoury Ragi Cake

  • Ragi flour- 1 1/2 cup
  • besan- 3 tsp
  • Suji- 2 tsp
  • coriander chopped finely- 1 cup
  • sugar- 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Soda-1/2 tsp
  • water as required
  • curd-1 tsp
  • Rai-1 tsp
  • sesame seeds-1 tsp
  • oil- 3 tsp

How to make Super Healthy Savoury Ragi Cake

  1. Take a mixing bowl. Put ragi flour, besan, suji, curd, salt sugar and coriander leaves. Add water to make a thick batter. Mix. Rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Add soda. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Take a pan. Grease it with oil. Pour the mixture. Steam it for 15 minutes.
  4. Take a small pan. Add oil. Add rai and sesame seeds. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour it on the cake and spread.
  6. When cool cut it into pieces.
  7. Serve with sauce of your choice.
