Vegetable Rice

Ingredients to make Vegetable Rice

  • clove 1
  • cardamom 1
  • cinnamon 1 piece
  • oil 1 tablespoon
  • salt as required
  • onion 1
  • ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon
  • green chilly 1
  • peas 50 g
  • carrot 1
  • Beans 5-8
  • potato 1
  • capsicum 1
  • lemon juice 3 teaspoon
  • mint leaves

How to make Vegetable Rice

  1. Cut all the vegetables and also soak rice for 15 min
  2. Now heat a pan with oil add cardamom,clove,Cinnamon then add onion Chilly and ginger.
  3. As onion turns color add all the veggies saute it well, then add mint leaves.
  4. Now add the soaked rice then add water lime juice and finally salt. Mix it well
  5. Close the pan for 10-15 min according to the rice. Now easy vegetable rice is ready.

You may add vegetables of your choice
