Cauliflower Paneer stuffed Paratha - Lunchbox Idea

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Paneer stuffed Paratha - Lunchbox Idea

  • cauliflower 200 gm
  • paneer 200 gm
  • Oinion 200 gm
  • coriander finely chopped 1 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Ajwain seeds 1tsp
  • Aamchur powder 1tsp
  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • oil 2 tbs
  • water
  • oil for cooking paratha

How to make Cauliflower Paneer stuffed Paratha - Lunchbox Idea

  1. Take wheat flour add salt and 1 tbs of oil mix it knead soft dough with water. Rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Clean the cauliflower and grate it, squeeze it,and keep aside.
  3. Grate the onions, squeeze and remove excess water
  4. Mix grated cauliflower, grated onions, chopped coriander, ajwain, salt, grated paneer, chilli ginger paste and mix with spoon.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and give them a round shape.
  6. Take one dough ball on roti making board and with the help of some dry flour roll the dough in small roti shape put the above stuffing cover it again roll paratha with very soft hand otherwise stuffing will come out from the dough
  7. Heat the tava on medium flame place the paratha first cook the both side then apply 1 tsp of oil on one side flip the side apply the oil on other side flip the side and cook until golden brown spots appear on both side.
  8. Serve in lunch box with Green Chutney, Tomato Carrot soup, and in sweet dish Carrot Halwa.
