ABOUT Vegan Parsley Almond Pesto RECIPE

This parsley pesto can be prepared just in 5 minutes, just blend everything and your pesto is ready to relish with your favourite pasta. I used almonds instead of pine nuts as pine nuts are a bit expensive here when compared to almonds.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 bunch Parsley leaves (cleaned)
  2. 2 garlic cloves
  3. 1/4 cup Almonds
  4. 1/4 cup olive oil
  5. Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Take the parsley leaves, garlic cloves, almonds in a food processor, blend for few minutes.
  2. While the food processor running, add olive oil slowly until everything gets blended into a fine paste
  3. Season it with salt and pepper powder. Serve with pasta.
