Ingredients to make Tindola ( ivy gourd), Eggplant Cheese Pizza

  • Tindola chopped 1 cup.
  • Eggplant chopped 1 cup.
  • wheat Pizza base 2 ( big size)
  • spinach chopped 1 cup
  • onion chopped 2
  • tomato chopped 2
  • Mix Sprouts 1/2 cup
  • ginger chopped fine 1 tbsp
  • garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
  • Cheese cubes 3 grated
  • tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oragano 2 tbsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • oil for stir fry 2 tsp

How to make Tindola ( ivy gourd), Eggplant Cheese Pizza

  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees C
  2. Heat oil and add chopped Onions, saute a minute and add Ivy gourd and Eggplant. Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic. Add Sprouts.
  3. Add Salt and pepper. Now add Spinach , saute and add Tomatoes.
  4. Add chilli flakes and Coriander leaves and turn off gas.
  5. Spread Tomato Ketchup on Pizza base. Spread the mixture, Spread Grated Cheese. Bake in Preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes .
  6. Sprinkle Oragano and enjoy with chilli sauce and a glass of cold coffee or cold drinks.

My Tip:

Stir fry veggies on high flame. Kids don't prefer to eat vegetables. . So this is a good way to make them eat the veggies.
