Ingredients to make Semolina Patty

  • 4 tablespoons semolina
  • 4 tablespoons curd
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • salt to taste
  • oil for cooking
  • 2 regular size burgers
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise(Optional)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1 tablespoon capsicum
  • 2 tablespoon tomato
  • 2 tablespoons cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon green chillies

How to make Semolina Patty

  1. Take the buns and cut them into half from the middle and use the white side to add mayonnaise (optional) and ketchup.
  2. Finely chop all the vegetables,grate cheese,add salt and mix them well in a bowl.
  3. Add this mixture on the 4 bun halves
  4. In a separate bowl add semolina,curd,salt and water to prepare a semi solid batter.
  5. Put a coating of this batter on the buns.
  6. Heat a non stick pan,add a few drops of oil and shallow fry the buns. Semiolin patties are ready. You may serve them with ketchup or mint chutney.

My Tip:

By not adding mayonnaise and using olive oil and whole wheat burger buns you can the patties healthier.
