Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups grated jaggery
  2. 2 tsp Desi Ghee
  3. 1/2 cup almonds
  4. 1/2 cup white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind almonds in a grinder.
  2. Heat pan and roast sesame seeds stirring continuously till light pink in colour
  3. Heat 1tsp ghee in a kadahi and add jaggery to it and melt it stirring continuously on low flame till it reaches a thick sauce like consistency
  4. Switch off gas and add sesame and almonds to it and mix well
  5. Transfer the hot mixture immediately in a greased thali and let cool for 15mins
  6. Cut the bites into desired shapes and serve
