Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan-250 gm
  2. Gur-250 gm
  3. kaju-50 gm
  4. Badam-50 gm
  5. suji-50 gm.
  6. cardamom-4
  7. desi ghee-250 gm
  8. gaund-10 gm
  9. makhane-5 gm
  10. Kishmish-10 gm
  11. Magaz-10 gm

Instructions

  1. take ghee in kadai and melt on gas
  2. Add besan and sooji and stir it till then brown
  3. Add cardamom pieces kaju,badam,magaz,roasted mixture of makhane and roasted mixter of gaund. stir it
  4. Add melted gur to it. Let the mixture cool. make healthy ladoo for winter season
