Baked Dhokla

Ingredients to make Baked Dhokla

  • Besan/gram flour - 2 cups
  • 3 tsp - sugar
  • 3 tsp - oil
  • warm water as required
  • Haldi/turmeric Ginger salt as per ur taste
  • Green chili - 1/2
  • 1 tsp - eno
  • For tempering: oil mustard seed Curry leaves & Green chili
  • sugar & Water approximately 1 to 2 cups

How to make Baked Dhokla

  1. Prepare the dhokla batter: Mix all ingredients except tempering ingredients and keep it aside for at least 45 minutes
  2. Grease muffin tray and pour the batter. Bake for 15 minutes at 150 degree celsius. Keep checking as different ovens specifications vary.
  3. After baking pour the tempering on hot baked dhokla and garnish it with coriander.
