Boost your health with a spoon full of Super foods . This after meal snack contains Flax Seeds, dill seeds, carrom seeds , sesame seeds and saunf. The health benefits of all these super foods together In one spoon are superb.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Saunf 500 grams
  2. Sesame Seeds 500 grams
  3. Flax Seeds 150 grms
  4. Carrom Seeds ( Ajwain ) 150 grms
  5. Dill Seeds 150 grms
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Apply Salt and Turmeric to Saunf with Sprinkling 1 tsp of Water and Keep aside to dry under the fan.
  2. Dry roast Dil Seeds, Ajwain and Sesame Seeds separately one by one and let them Cool.
  3. Now dry roast Saunf and allow to cool. After Cooled Mix all. Your Biggest Supportive Super Health Mukhavas is ready. Fill in air tight container. Can be stored long.
