Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups Poha
  2. 1 big onion
  3. 4-6 green chillies
  4. 1tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1 tsp saunf
  6. 3/4 tsp haldi powder
  7. Salt accordingly
  8. 1 tsp sugar
  9. Lemon
  10. Onion
  11. Coriander for garnish
  12. Roasted peanuts handful
  13. oil

Instructions

  1. Wash poha and soak in water. Cut onions n green chillies
  2. In a kadai add oil and heat . Add mustard seeds and saunf ,add onion and green chilies . Saute till golden brown Now add haldi powder salt and coriander powder.
  3. Mix well add peanuts. Now add Poha mix well
  4. Add sugar mix and keep on low flame for 2 minutes
  5. Garnish with chopped onion, lemon and coriander leaves.
