Flaxseeds Sauce/ Alsi ki Chutney

Ingredients to make Flaxseeds Sauce/ Alsi ki Chutney

  • Roasted flax seeds 2 tbsp.
  • Green Chilies 3 or as per your taste
  • tomatoes( skin removed) 2
  • coriander Leaves 4 tbsp
  • garlic Cloves 3
  • ginger chopped 1 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1/2 tsp. (optional)

How to make Flaxseeds Sauce/ Alsi ki Chutney

  1. 1.Take all the ingredients.
  2. 2.If you have a mortar and pestle then you may grind all the ingredients one by one in the mortar and pestle. Otherwise you may use an electric grinder to grind it to paste.
  3. 3.Take all the ingredients and grind them together to paste.
  4. 4. Store in an air tight jar and keep this refrigerated for about a week.This chutney goes well with any dish .

My Tip:

To remove the skin of the tomatoes,just put them into boiling hot water for 5 minutes and remove the skin.
