Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Carrots 1 kg grated
  2. milk 250 ml
  3. sugar 80 gm
  4. Khoya 125 gm
  5. green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  6. dry fruits of your choice
  7. Grated orange rind 1 tsp
  8. Ghee

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tbsp ghee in a cooker and put grated carrots and milk . Stir it well and wait for one whistle.
  2. In a pan add ghee and put boiled carrots, grated khoya and orange rind. Keep stirring occasionally until mixture comes dry
  3. Now add sugar and dry fruits i.e roasted Almonds , cashew nuts and raisin. Mix it well
  4. Finally, garnish with sliced or crushed almonds and cashew nuts.
