Oats Tawa Pizza

Ingredients to make Oats Tawa Pizza

  • For Dough -
  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  • salt to taste
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • For Sauce -
  • Saffola Peppy tomato Oats I pkt
  • tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • Dry Oregano 1 tsp (optional)
  • garlic Clove 2
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For Toppings -
  • onion 1 sliced into thin rounds
  • tomato- 1 sliced into thin rounds
  • capsicum 4-5 slices
  • olives 4 chopped
  • 50 gm grated paneer
  • salt 1/3 tsp
  • pepper 1/3 tsp
  • olive Oil- 1 tbsp In pizza we have to use olive Oil

How to make Oats Tawa Pizza

  1. For sauce-- In a sauce pan heat some oil and saut garlic. Add tomato puree and oregano, cook till the raw flavor is gone. Add SMO packet and further cook for 3 minutes. If needed add water to adjust the consistency.
  2. For making pizza-- Mix wheat flour, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add water and make into a soft dough.
  3. Now roll it out into thick roti. Place it over a nonstick tawa. Cover and cook for 3 mins. Open the lid and flip over.
  4. Spread some sauce on top. Place onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives on top.
  5. Sprinkle with some oregano, salt, pepper. Add grated paneer on top. Place back on the tawa and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.
