Ingredients to make Oats and mix grain Dhokala.

  • Roasted Oats 1 cup.
  • All flour mix 2 cups. ( Rice, Ragi ,Bajra, Gram).
  • curd 2 cups
  • Chopped vegetables 2 cups ( Seasonal). I added Cabbage, Methi leaves, bottle gourd, Pumpkin )
  • ginger grated 2 tsp
  • garlic crushed 2 tsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp ( chopped).
  • Salt, turmeric, chilli powder to taste.
  • Eno 2 pouches.

How to make Oats and mix grain Dhokala.

  1. Coarse grind Oats. Mix all flour , Veges to it.
  2. Make batter adding curd to it. Add all masala and ginger, garlic.
  3. Heat water in a steamer , grease a plate.
  4. Add Enough and Steamed Dhokala in Plates.
  5. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves . You can add tempering of mustard seeds, chopped Garlic, sesame seeds to it.
  6. Carry in tiffin with raita of your choice.
