Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat atta
  2. methi leaves
  3. ajwain
  4. chilli powder
  5. salt
  6. water

Instructions

  1. Mix atta, chopped methi leaves, salt, ajwain, chilli powder and prepare a dough using water.
  2. Make parathas
  3. Heat a tawa. Cook parantha by applying oil on one side and cooking till golden brown spots appear. Now cook the other side also
  4. Make rest of the parathas in the same way
  5. Serve hot with pickle
