Flaxseed and Blueberry Pancake

Ingredients to make Flaxseed and Blueberry Pancake

  • flaxseed powder 4 tbsp
  • Refined flour 1/2 cup or 100 gms
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • Blueberries 5-6 cut in halves
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • water 1 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

How to make Flaxseed and Blueberry Pancake

  1. Take a bowl
  2. Add flour , flaxseed powder , baking powder and sugar
  3. Add milk , vanilla extract and water
  4. Carefully mix all the ingredients , there should not be any lumps
  5. Keep aside for 30 mins
  6. Now heat a nonstick frying pan
  7. Now add 1/4 tsp butter
  8. Spread with a spatula
  9. Add 3 tbsp batter , spread a little bit with the help of spoon , the batter will be little thick , as flaxseeds are there
  10. Now fry for 2_3 mins each side , press lightly
  11. Continue to follow the same steps , until all the batter used up
  12. Serve hot with honey
