Ingredients to make Jaggery Amla Chutney

  • amla 1 kg
  • jaggery 1/2 kg
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

How to make Jaggery Amla Chutney

  1. Boil amla with a cup of water. On cooling, remove the seeds and churn it in a mixer.
  2. Put the pulp in a pan and give a boil, once it's little thick , add jaggery, salt, red chilli powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Store in a clean jar.
