Ingredients to make Honey Oats Granola Bar

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 Cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup kurmura or rice flakes
  • jaggery 5 tbsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dry fruits

How to make Honey Oats Granola Bar

  1. Grease an aluminium tray
  2. Dry roast the oats, cornflakes and kurmura
  3. Add Ghee in a pan
  4. Add jaggery till it melts
  5. Add honey
  6. Boil till it becomes a golden syrup
  7. Then add the roasted oats, cornflakes and kurmura with a pinch of salt
  8. Add dry fruits
  9. Mix all ingredients well
  10. Transfer to the aluminium tray and spread evenly. Let it cool
  11. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container

My Tip:

If you roast the oats cornflakes and kurmura, It gets crunchier. Ghee and jaggery as per Ayurveda are good for health.
