Amrud Chutney

Ingredients to make Amrud Chutney

  • 1 guava diced
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • Few stems of coriander
  • a pinch of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/4 spoon sugar optional
  • salt as per taste

How to make Amrud Chutney

  1. Wash and cut all the ingredients
  2. Then grind a fine paste in mixer add salt.
  3. And serve it.

My Tip:

You can made this chutney for fasts also. Just add sendha namak in place of tata namak.
